The Travelling Chefs terms and conditions

  • To confirm booking a £250 deposit is required. Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  • Final guest numbers 10 working days prior to function.
  • The balance in cleared funds must be paid 10 working days prior to event.
  • Minimum number – 50 guests – if less, a staff supplement charge will come into play.
  • Menu prices include: Staff, Cutlery, Crockery.
  • White linen napkins are included for set Silver Service menus only.
  • Tastings are available for Silver Service sit-down meals only.
  • Tastings are chargeable in the first instance, but will be deducted from the final invoice.
  • The Chef may change menus dependent upon seasonal produce.
  • A service charge of 12.5% will be applied.
